Penobscot Cleaning Services, Inc. is an IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified firm. The mission of the IICRC is to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body; to set the high standards of ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the cleaning and restoration industries.
