Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Called to get a few stains out of a carpet. They said they'd get a tech out to me at 11:30 on Friday when 11:30 came and went I just assumed he was running late. So I called the office, no answer, couldn't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full and still no one is answering the phone.

Had a major flood of our downstairs. Tim's was out quickly and did a masterful job. They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We appreciated the daily calls which allowed us to make our own plans for the day. They worked long hard hours and were always considerate and polite.
