Well old habits will never change. Read reviews after finding them on Groupon. Luckily I called and got the Groupon rate directly. Tech showed up nearly thirty minutes after their 2 hour window. He arrived and as expected shifted the deal. He explained to me my $250 value to clean a sofa and loveseat was just for "basic" service. It didn't include deep cleaning or the sides of the couches. The Groupon rate was different says him.
He kept asking if I had purchased it already. Knowing that had I purchased I'd be on the hook now. Ultimately came back and quoted me double the price or nearly the original "value". I was told by the lady on the phone all of those charges were included, which despite the reviews, I thought they had rectified. Nope. Bait and switch. Groupon should ban them.

I found this company on Groupon, they said they would honor the Groupon price without me actually purchasing it. It was 5 rooms for $69 dollars. I told her I had a sectional I needed cleaned and she told me a 5 seater would be $125 and that our stairs were $3 a stair ($42). I spent the whole day before prepping for the cleaning and moved all the furniture out and I'm 7 months pregnant so it was really hard work for me.
When he got here this morning he told me that the regular cleaning doesn't remove any stains and I'd have to get the deep cleaning which would cost $225 ($5 a stair) instead of the $69 plus $3 a stair. And the sectional would actually be $190 to clean. So instead of $237 it'd be $415. I told him we couldn't afford that and he left. I think he thought he could tell me whatever price he wanted because I was so prepped, but I felt like he was so dishonest and greedy I couldn't work with him at all. After he left the lady at the company called to work it out with me, and seemed shocked that he wanted so much more money, she put me on hold to talk to him and then the call dropped.

All our stains came back after six weeks. The company said basically, "Too bad." Carpets looked great just after cleaning. Poor process of cleaning. Steam just hid the stains for a while.

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. They came to our apartment, told us we needed more than the basic service, even though that is what we ordered, told us he would call his office, and then got in his van and drove away without telling us. I called back to the office and she said our carpet was "too dirty" to clean, and she hung up on me. DO. NOT. USE. THEM.
