Justin, I was so blessed with your technician. He was very efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and was able to not only address but fix my issue i was dealing with. He did all the work I requested and even went above and beyond. I had air ducts cleaned today and not only did he clean my vents and fog my return he even managed to wipe my ceiling fans down for me while he was in the process of putting the registers back on.

I didn't ask for that but he stated he wanted to clean the fans for me to help eliminate the dust and that it was no problem or extra charge, Justin said it was my gift to me'. he wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied in the work that was provided. Made appointment for a 2-hour window. They never showed up nor did they call to say they were not showing up. After calling they said the previous job is taking longer it will be two more hours. Four hours total waiting no show now the business is closed. No phone call to say they would be late or not coming at all. Wasted the evening waiting on them. Will call someone else now. Update: Called Monday to see if anyone was still scheduled to come and answer was " no, Not sure what happened." When asked to speak with whomever runs the place they did take my name and number because they didn't know when he would be in. Not holding my breath for the call back. If they even call. Funny part is not knowing when owner will be in considering its a family business.
