I have had Quality Air clean my ducts and dryer vent in the past, and this year, as expected, Dan and Frank were both professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything they were doing. They listened to my concerns, and vacuumed & sanitized all the lines. I will definitely include them in my routine spring cleaning! Services: Dryer vent cleaning, HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Great staff, great price and great quality. Dan and Frank were the technicians that completed the vent/duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were on time and were easy to work with. Pictures of vent were provided to show the aftermath of cleaning. I could not be happier with their staff and overall experience. These folks provide a great service. Had all my HVAC ducts and my dryer vent cleaned. It was amazing how much dust and dirt they got out of my house. Dan was very courteous and professional. This really improved the overall quality of the air in my home. I will schedule Quality Air to come back and do this every 2 years as this is what is recommended. Thank you!

I saw the add in the ad paper and I called and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could be accommodated within 2 days. The day of service I received a call at 0935am from Dan, the service tech staying he was 25 minutes out. He arrived promptly at 10:00am. He promptly began working from the inside and out. Upon completion, he explained everything to me. (What he had done, how much stuff had accumulated, preventative measures, etc.) I found Dan to have a very pleasant "Bedside Manner" and he is certainly worthy of a "5 Star" rating in my book!

Dan arrived on time, was professional, and respectful. After he was done, I asked him to explain everything he had just done, which he had no problem doing. He explained everything he did and showed me all the spots he had to cut open in the vents (First time this house was cleaned). Scheduling was fast and easy, they called a day before and about 15 minutes before to make sure everything is in order.
