Absolutely awesome. The carpet felt plush when I walked on it, just like when it was new. I would highly recommend Jem Clean to anyone who has carpet. They were in and out less than 2 hours and a good price for cleaning 3 bedroom & the hallway. 5 all the way we'll deserved! Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I have taken 3 valuable Persian rugs to be cleaned and they did a great job. I'm very impressed with how clean the rugs look, the care they take wrapping them up and convenience of having home delivery. I'm getting a 4th small rug soon from an estate and I'll be back to JEM's to get it cleaned. This is clearly the store I trust with our family's heirloom grade Persian rugs. Great prices, too!

In the last 5 years I have rarely encountered a business or service that I felt lived up to their promises and my expectations. JEM CLEAN in Hickory is one of the few exceptions. They did an amazing job and their staff was careful with my home and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend them!
