I had a LOT of dried blood on a 100% wool sweater from a dog bite. They got it all out plus a mystery stain on a suit jacket that I could never figure out where it came from. Both folks I talked to were super friendly & they gave me a new customer discount without asking. Would recommend.

Robinsons has been great for my personal dry cleaning and has also been very helpful with setting up an account for a friend who is receiving laundry service during a season of health challenges. This is a great burden loaded off the family as Robinsons picks up and delivers directly to the home on a weekly basis. Kit has been kind and helpful throughout the process.

When they quote you a time that your dress shirts should be ready they should be perfect on that time. Constantly have to come back a second time to have them remove stains from my shirts. I ended up just buying a steamer myself

Deserves no stars. This place never called me back after I dropped hand made costumes off a month prior to Halloween. They said it might take a while for the stains, so I figured that was the issue. I finally got a call, my first call about it, in November/December and let them know I would be out of town until the next week, they said that was fine over the phone. I came to pick up my items and they told me they donated them because I had left them there over two weeks and refused to tell me where they donated them.
I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me, said they would write down my number and they never got back to me and wouldn't answer the phone. Worst experience I've ever had with dry cleaning. These people are horrible human beings.
