UPDATE : Thank you Josh for promptly taking care of the issue, The 2 guys just left an i wanted to update my review, My carpet looks amazing Thanks again They did an excellent job, Rusty took care of everything, until the end after they pulled all there fans out an finished the work, they had 1 thing left to do an that was to have my bedroom carpet cleaned, which they charged my insurance $135.00 for, Rusty had me sign off on the work and said just call an we'll set up the carpet clean well i called an called an called, ive left a few messages on rustys cell, i never got a reply or call back, i called on an off for a year until i gave up i even talked to the lady in the office who i told at this point i just want a refund she told me i have to talk to rusty, to me this is insurance fraud, you charge my insurance for something you didnt do

I used to work for Hasgoe Cleaning Systems and let me tell you that they had my back when it came to jobs. I worked for them on three separate occasions in 2000, 2001-2002 and 2007. I appreciated them for giving me a job and Matt Goebel is a awesome guy. I miss the place and people I worked with but God had a plan for me to move on but, I will always appreciate what Hasgoe has done to help me out.

After a kitchen fire our insurance agent originally sent Serv Pro to handle our fire restoration. They were not able to begin cleanup until 3 weeks after the fire. I contacted Hasgoe and they sent someone out to get started the same day I called! I could not be happier with the fantastic job their crew has done. They have also been very helpful every step of the way. Answering questions, making suggestions and helping with referrals for some of the contracting work we have ahead of us. Don't waste time with anybody else. Hasgoe is the best!

From start to finish the experience was amazing! I spoke with Laurie to set up the service and she was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. The 2 gentlemen that came to the house were very nice, and explained everything they were going to do and what they did. I feel so much better knowing I've had this done.
