My name is Kevin Noonan and in 2003 I opened Genie Maids doors in Madison, CT. Prior to that I had worked as a financial advisor for a large corporation. After the dot-com bubble burst in 2001, it didn't take long to realize that working for a conglomerate wasn't for me. I wanted to be my own boss I wanted to take the entrepreneurial route.

We handle many of these types of cleanings and know the ins & outs. If you're lucky, the seller is letting you have some access to the house in order to get estimates for work to be done. If not, set up the cleaning estimate for during the walk-through. This way we can determine the number of people needed to clean, and also give you a price.
