We've used Maxim 3 times over the last 2 years. First for rug and carpet cleaning. We then had them out to clean the air ducts after a remodel project and just a few months ago they cleaned all our leather furniture. Gabe's team is fantastic. Not mold experts, stay away. They didn't discover mold until the ceiling was cleaned when there was clearly visible (black) mold on the ceiling. They admitted they are only mold remediation people, not mold detection experts. Cost us time and money.

My husband and I really liked Maxim. I reached out for information on pricing and there weren't any surprises or hidden fees. When they came to clean the vents they were very polite and very fast. I would definitely recommend them.
