Services
Window Cleaning
Our comprehensive window cleaning service includes exterior and interior glass, screen maintenance, and track wiping. We use purified water-fed poles for streak-free results and employ cotton drop-cloths to protect interior surfaces. Serving residential and commercial properties island-wide, we ensure minimal disruption while maintaining safety standards.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Specialized solar panel cleaning utilizes de-ionized water-fed poles to safely remove debris without damaging glass surfaces. This process prevents calcification buildup, maintaining optimal energy efficiency for residential and commercial solar arrays. Our technicians handle both ground-mounted and rooftop installations with precision.
Pressure Washing
We offer pressure washing services for driveways, walkways, and building exteriors using adjustable pressure settings to prevent surface damage. Our team handles security-sensitive properties and challenging locations while protecting surrounding vegetation and structures during the cleaning process.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning removes debris from roof drainage systems to prevent water damage. We inspect weep holes and drainage ports to ensure proper function, particularly during rainy seasons, protecting both residential and commercial properties from potential water intrusion issues.
Specialty Cleaning
Our specialty services include chandelier and ceiling fan cleaning, cobweb removal, and delicate window covering handling. We use gloves and specialized tools to protect satin surfaces and fragile mounts while providing thorough cleaning for hard-to-reach areas in both residential and commercial settings.

Rich impressed me from the start! He was professional, quick to quote and schedule. More impressive was the way he and his crew worked! Very respectful of our home and furnishings. Our multi paned windows and screens look brand new although they are over 25 years old. I am so happy with the smile and sunshine the cleaning brings we gave our daughter and her family a window cleaning by Maui Window cleaning for her birthday!

We have a client that needed windows cleaned (a lot of them), and it was especially important because there was going to be a wedding at the home. Maui Window Cleaning - Rich & team - did a fantastic job. They did high quality work, were on time, communicated well and were very easy to work with. We'd definitely recommend them to other clients. Absolutely wonderful group of people. Rich was so easy to communicate with, incredibly accommodating and kind, and the team he brought were the most polite and lovely people we have had the pleasure of working with on island. They did a spectacular job on our home and I swear some of our rooms with larger windows almost feel like we are outside they are so clean! Can't wait to make them a part of our regular home maintenance routine. Mahalo Rich & team!
