Cleaned 2 large area rugs outside on my deck, luckily the weather cooperated and family room regular carpet. These were never done professionally. All 3 came beautifully. They were able to get all stains out and with 8 young grandchildren and grand dog, I was amazed. Two service guys were great explaining process.
