I needed help in a pinch! From the time I called, the pleasant employee knew I had a problem and put me at ease. Within a couple hours, she sent someone to my house. John was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He fixed the problem in no time. I couldn't have asked for better service. It is rare to find these days. They came to the rescue. I can't thank this company enough. They run a business like a business should be run.

Friendly employees, extremely attentive to the customer's needs, very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. This says a lot from a person like myself who never takes time to write reviews. This company deserved a good review.

I highly recommend this amazing team. I called in the morning about a clogged pipe that ties into the town system and they showed up same morning, quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem and solution on their camera equipment. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Problem solved in an hour and a half at a reasonable price. Great job!

Thank you for the top notch service all the way from the owner Nick to the service techs. I had a blocked main sewer line that I noticed on Saturday afternoon around 2:30. My tenants could not use showers, washer and toilets because it kept backfilling. I called Nick the owner and he said he would send someone immediately. Within 1/2 hour the tech showed up and within 1 hour he cleared the line and had the drains functioning properly. I have used this company three times and have had exceptional service. Thank you Nick. I appreciate you and your companies professionalism and hard work.

Very satisfied with my choice of calling Bass Reddy Rooter. I called at 9AM and told the lady I spoke with that I was free to meet the plumber after 11 and right at 11 I got a call that a plumber was available and could meet me at my house within 30 minutes. He was respectful and did the job in a timely manner.

Called them on a Saturday and Nick got right back to me. I do not remember the techs name but he called when he was enroute to my house. He had only been with the company for a short time but he was very professional, listened to problem I had and explained everything he was going to do. My clean out cap gave him a run for his money cause it had not been removed in at least 15 years but he got it off, cleared all the pipes and cleaned everything up when he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company or the tech again.

I called them after a plumber gave me their number because I had a drainage issue. Anna, who answered the phone was professional and kind, I had someone, Cory, here in under 2.5 hours, he was friendly, thorough and informed me my problem wasn't as bad as I thought! I would recommend them without hesitation.
