Arizona Quick Dry

This method is for maintenance purposes or for those who do not wish to have steam cleaning performed on their carpet. This process uses very low moisture and has a long track record of being effective under the right conditions. The dry time is within 1-3 hours. Any remaining soils are crystallized in the drying process and can be vacuumed away later.

The process begins with extensive detail cleaning and scrubbing. It is then finished with a specialized coating that restores the shine and provides a hard protective barrier. The cost for this service is a fraction of sanding/refinishing and can be completed in one day. Please Note: It is best that the area to be restored be completely clear of all furniture. The final layer of coating is dry in 30 minutes, but does require 24 hours to cure. After the 24 hours, furniture and area rugs can be returned.

Our system is electric based. Gasoline is not used to clean your carpet and upholstery. The equipment is moved into the house and no doors are left open to the elements, bugs, or escaping pets. We ask that small breakables, picture frames, toys, etc be moved to avoid potential damage. Please allow room in your driveway so that we can unload and get to work.
