We had a sewage backup in our basement. Doran from Magna-Dry was out the next day to examine the damage and gave us an estimate. He kept in contact with us as the repairs to our sewer line were being done. Once the repairs were done and water/sewage was flowing out of the house properly, the crew came and did a FANTASTIC job. Even took pictures of the items damaged by the backup for us too. Our basement never looked better after Magna-Dry came and cleaned up everything.

This is the third time we've used MagnaDry in the last 8 years and again super satisfied. We called on a Friday and they came by Monday to clean our carpets, area rug and a large sectional. As always, they were friendly, on time, trustworthy and the result is phenomenal. I wouldn't use any other company. Our 20yr old white carpet looks brand new every time they clean it.

Very professional. Arrived early and let me know exactly what they were going to be doing. My carpet was so dirty and they got it looking like I just bought it. I tried to move my furniture out the way to help and they insisted that they did it because that's what they were there for. Highly recommend this company! It's worth every penny. From start to finish, the service was exceptional for a small flood we had involving the bathroom. They came back several days in a row to ensure the remediation was done properly making adjustments along the way. They worked directly with our insurance company. Dorian was professional, courteous, on time, and meticulous in his assessments. He made sure I understood the process and showed me the progress. All my questions were answered directly and honestly. Great people all around. They showed up 10 minutes early, put a mat down at the front door so they wouldn't track in any dirt. The guys were friendly, and even helped us move some furniture while they were there! Carpets looked great when done, the couches my dogs sleep on looked like new. Awesome.
