Went in to repair a hole in a pocket of a quilted Helley Hansen jacket. Went to pick it up - the hole was not repaired but they cleaned it (I did not ask for it to be cleaned). Sure enough the order tag said to fix pocket. Wasted trip over and back to Gloucester store. I had paid but they could not figure out how to credit it - will figure that out when I return for the requested service. They were apologetic and friendly but so much for first impressions - my first time there!

These guys fixed the zipper on my winter coat and got stains out of it I thought would be there forever. They did it quickly and we're always cheery when I went it. I'll definitely bring more things there in the future. I highly recommend them!
