Tyler was friendly and helpful right from our first conversation, when he came to pick up my rug, and through to the cleaning and storage. When it counted the most, though, was when circumstances led to me needing to sell the rug. For that, he and his crew were very patient and accommodating to the interested buyers, bringing it out to show several folks who came by appointment to look, and then working with me to allow for online payment. I couldn't have done it without them, and knowing they would treat everyone professionally made it very easy and stress free.

Last year my rug came back restored - not just clean but with renewed color. It had taken a beating over the years from cats and dogs and our own gritty feet. Wonderful to have it back. I promised myself I'd do it once a year. And now's the time.
