Debbie Milliken is the owner of Divine Window Decor. She shares her 19 + years of specialized and extensive knowledge designing window treatment that inspires. Her in-depth experience of knowing how blinds are made and what's inside, how they work and how they are installed helps her know how best to measure and create personalized window covering design plans.

In her free time, Debbie likes to visit the Oregon coast, walk the beach and investigate the treasures of an antique store. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
