Our technicians ensure complete drying and final quality checks before returning your cleaned rugs.
Oriental Rug Repair
Specialized restoration for damaged Oriental rugs maintains their historical and monetary value. Our master weavers perform precise re-knotting, re-fringing, and color matching using traditional techniques. We handle moth damage repair, edge binding, and structural reinforcement while maintaining original design elements. Each repair project receives individual attention to preserve the rug's authenticity and craftsmanship.
Pet Odor Removal
Our pet odor removal system targets both surface stains and deep-seated odors in rug fibers. Using enzymatic cleaners and steam treatment, we eliminate bacteria and odor sources without harsh chemicals. The multi-step process includes pH balancing and deodorization to restore freshness while protecting rug dyes and materials.
Rug Appraisal
Professional rug appraisal services determine the authenticity, origin, and market value of antique and collectible rugs. Our certified appraisers examine weaving techniques, materials, and design patterns to provide detailed documentation. This service benefits insurance purposes, estate planning, and authentication of handmade rugs with historical significance.

I have a beautiful area rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. I was moving so knew this was the perfect time to get it done! i was able to coordinate a pick up at my former residence, a thorough (and perfectly done) cleaning and re-taping, and delivery to my new residence. They were willing to work around the delivery date, pausing until I had enough moving boxes out of the way. They were professional and I would highly recommend!
