Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our IICRC-certified technicians use industry-recommended hot water extraction methods to deep clean carpets and upholstery. The non-residue process removes embedded dirt and stains while using child-safe solutions. Commercial clients benefit from after-hours service with low-moisture systems that allow immediate use of cleaned areas.
Air Duct Cleaning
Professional duct cleaning removes accumulated contaminants from HVAC systems using specialized equipment. This improves indoor air quality by eliminating allergens and enhances system efficiency through unobstructed airflow. Our process includes thorough cleaning of supply and return ducts, registers, and HVAC components.
Water Damage Restoration
Emergency water removal and structural drying services utilize advanced moisture detection and drying technology. Certified technicians handle all damage levels from minor leaks to major flooding, employing thermal imaging and industrial dehumidifiers to restore properties to pre-loss condition while preventing mold growth.
Tile Shower Cleaning
Professional tile and grout cleaning removes soap scum and mineral deposits through steam cleaning followed by protective sealing. The process restores shower aesthetics while applying penetrating sealers that prevent mold growth and etching damage from water minerals.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Comprehensive vent system cleaning removes lint buildup from dryer exhaust systems using specialized rotary brushes and high-powered vacuums. This critical maintenance service reduces fire risk, improves appliance efficiency, and extends equipment lifespan while lowering energy consumption.

We are so happy with Best Choice Cleaning Services. They are the only vendor I use. I am vendor coordinator at Alpine. They have done everything I have ask for, even last minute move-in rush cleaning for our properties. I recommend them completely as a go to Vendor. They do awesome work, with a very reasonable price. Always, always, always on time! Thank you Ryan, you are awesome!

Ridiculously affordable for the services they provide! My cat nearly wrecked my carpet and nothing I could do could get rid of the smell. These guys showed up and fixed it in an afternoon! On top of that they were cheap and polite. Highly recommend. Service: Pet stain & odor removal
