Tile Cleaning & Grout Cleaning

Over the years, most ceramic tile has proven to be durable, cleanable and economical. More recently, porcelain tile has gained greatly in popularity due to a higher level of durability and finish. We often work with both. When cleaning floors we often start with a scrubber machine followed by a vapor machine for details.
Stone Cleaning

There is a wide array of stone tiles available on the market. Many, such as travertine and limestone, contain natural holes that can trap dirt and soil. We have been very successful in paying special attention to cleaning these areas when appropriate. Exterior stone may have additional issues because of moisture, UV rays and general weatherization.
Stone Sealing
Report
There are many types of stone sealants which can react differently depending on the surface. We work closely with the customer to provide the right application of proper sealer for their individual needs. Most penetrating sealants do not alter the appearance of the surface, be it grout or stone. Enhancer sealants will provide deeper color in most porous stones.
