I moved to Santa Barbara a few weeks ago and was mortified that the landlord did zero cleaning. The doors and windows were caked with dust and cobwebs and the kitchen was greasy and grimy. After 5 hours of frustrated scrubbing I got MasterCare's number from a friend. Linda was so helpful in accommodating and was not giving us any up charges for our needs (mold) saying that that was just part of the job.
