We had 2 of our Luminates cleaned and when they returned they were in worse shape then when sent them. The service person, Bert, told us to leave them stacked after he rehung them. We complied and that evening when we went to close them up they would not meet or close flat. The veins where all bowed. Called Friday night received call back on Saturday morning. Would be squeezed in late Tuesday to steam them. Received a call after 5 on Tuesday telling us he had 2 more stops before us and didn't know when he would get to us.
Then Bert told us how slammed he was and would try to fit us in. Wow what a way to treat a cus toner that paid for a service that was poorly performed and now will be squeezed in. Waiting for repairs would give zero s stars if possible.

Good service. They fixed 4 of our cordless blinds at a fair price. They had to restring them and they turned them around in a day. Might want to call ahead and see how busy they are.
