Horrible Customer Service. I called back a few times because I was having issues with their app and the Lady yelled at me for calling too many times. My Husband called to talk to her instead and she told him she did not want to speak to me. It is your job to answer the phone for a business. You are going to get people calling you multiple times. It's part of the job.

This business is the absolute worst place to work for. Very poor management. They do not care about their employees at all, in fact they harass, make fun of, talk behind each others back, etc. People drop like flies weekly due to poor management. Would not recommend working for or getting any business from these people. Side note: Specifically the management at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

Terrible company to work for. They are complete and habitual liars. Jennifer Keish. Talks to everyone like complete dogs. She's so unprofessional & does NOT need to be in this type of position ( HUMAN RESOURCES) DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. The fact that she works in a corporate office and they allow her to speak to people the way she does is highly unacceptable. Unless you want to be talked down on treated like crap & made a fool I don't suggest applying here. Hints why they have a 0.1 start rating.

Work for them in the past was fired when they had the D.C contact and was a employee before they outsourced. I was fired due to seeing my dad before clocking in, and because he hired them they then called me after my car crash and asked if I wanted to work them somewhere else. Also they lost the contract because of poor performance, made me smile. My wife had to work for them due to covid and she was let go because of our wedding and gave the plenty of notice.
It not a job to make a living, they are liers who can't be trusted, especially Janice. Personally I believe it only a matter of time till they get a law suit due to wrongful termination and how they treat their employees. Only people to say nice things are management of course.

The people that run Alpha Omega are great people Scott a person who isn't expected to do labor got out there and helped myself and others when all he had to do was supervise. Helped the team by getting fresh water to clean after renovations. Not often do you see someone in his position helping the team getting his hands dirty.

Wasn't employed with them very long but there was definitely lack of communication between management and staff. I just didn't feel valued as an employee
