This service extends carpet lifespan while maintaining manufacturer warranties through proper cleaning methods.
Oriental Rug Washing
Specialized rug washing occurs in our controlled facility with automated cleaning systems. Each rug undergoes pre-inspection, dust removal, targeted stain treatment, and humidity-controlled drying. This process preserves antique rugs' integrity while restoring modern rugs' appearance, with free post-cleaning repair estimates available.
Water Damage Restoration
24/7 emergency water damage services address structural drying needs using industrial equipment. Our team identifies hidden moisture sources to prevent secondary damage, employing techniques developed over 50+ years of industry experience. Services include content drying and coordination with insurance claims processes.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning combines fabric-specific products with truck-mounted extraction systems. Services include in-home cleaning or pickup/delivery for dry-clean-only materials. Technicians identify fabric types to ensure appropriate cleaning methods that maintain textile integrity while removing soil buildup.

My son drew on our brand new couch. I originally went to my local dry cleaners, but felt that this wasn't going to turn out well so found sequoia on Yelp. On the phone, they let me know that they work frequently with couch stains. Took the stained cushion over and they inspected. They seem to try hard to remove the stain but also maintain the integrity of the fabric. The outcome was not perfect but probably best case scenario for us. I can tell they tried their best. Cost was not cheap, definitely not outrage. Just as expected. Thanks again.

I took two area rugs to their location in Palo Alto. Friendly. Helpful. Interesting to watch people restore antique Persian rugs there. The rugs were clean to start with, but had been in the garage for decades with rats. I hope that when I have them cleaned again after humans, cat and dog have abused them, they will look nearly as good. I think the pricing is reasonable when compared to a dinner out for two in Palo Alto.

Nice to have a business do exactly what they say they'll do. Give a good price, pick up and deliver promptly and most of all, do a great job. My old white thick Berber has never looked better since it was new. Thanks, Sequoia!
