I am a homeowner that experienced traditional steam extraction carpet cleaners. To my surprise my carpets became dirtier faster. One day, I was browsing thru a trade magazine an saw the Rotovac restorative system for cleaning carpets. I visted their home office, in Belview, Wa.at the time. Saw the equipment extract an rinse dirt from the deep part/nap of the carpet! It was amazing! CSi Carpet Cleaning LLC Don't replace your carpets, replace you carpet cleaner!

Had to cancel about 3 hours before they were due over to clean a spot on the carpet and 5 minutes later we missed the phone and got a passive aggressive voicemail from the secretary about how she had to pay like 20-something dollars to get them scheduled for our cleaning or something (wha?) and basically a big fat guilt trip for having to cancel. It sounded like she wanted us to pay her that money back too? Wth? Wow, stuff happens, lady! Not professional at all! Christ!
