I had used this company about a year ago and they did quality work! I needed to have my air ducts cleaned and they did such a thorough job it was amazing how seamless the process was. They explained everything so I could understand it and now I feel the air in my home is just so much cleaner! I had them also take the area rugs in to be cleaned again and then cleaned the carpet in the bedrooms. I couldn't recommend this company enough. And they are a local family owned & operated which means a lot to me especially to have made it the past 2 years let alone 32! I will be only using them in the future!

My husband and I live in the North Dallas area and we recently hired Dry Master Cleaning and Restoration for our carpet cleaning needs, as well as an area rug that had pet stains/odor. We have white carpet and it probably wasn't an easy task, however, Greg was successful in removing all of the stains and odor. They are a family owned company and very professional. Beverly took the time to understand all of our needs and is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. Greg was very thorough and went above and beyond our expectations. We used Dry master and restoration for cleaning the carpet before we move into a new house. I called them and Beverly was very thorough, pleasant, and professional. We had 2 big stains in the master bedroom and they rook care of them. No left over odors or strong cleaning fragrances. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.
