I have been coming here for 10 years and have never had issues with the brother owner and their staff. Last year the sister took a pile of expensive clothing from me to be cleaned and without my permission cut the tags on a few pieces. I wasn't too happy and when I asked why she became defensive and started to have an accusatory tone with me. In my world when you mess up you say your're sorry and do better next time.

A year later I came back with another load and she's there again and this time she immediately brought up what happened before and DID NOT EVEN acknowledge she screwed up. Apparently she's still dwelling on it and didn't learn anything. Yah. no. I'm not giving people a 2nd chance anymore. Plenty of bigger and more professional cleaners out there for your luxury goods.

This is the best cleaners around. I'm ex-military and Like my shirts in civilian life with Military creases and lots of starch. They do a perfect job every time with razor sharp and straight creases that last all day.

TERRIBLE service - and never got my rug back. Dropped off a rug for cleaning on 4/11/19 at which time I received a receipt stating that it would be ready for pickup on April 15, 2019. Went to pick it up on the 16th and was told that it rugs "take longer" and it would be two weeks until it would be ready. I returned on 4/16/19 - still no rug. The clerk said that it "really" took three weeks, so check back then. (And she promised to call and check on it.) Back on 5/2/19 - no rug - and I was told it "would be arriving around 4pm that day because that's when the delivery arrives." Returned on 5/3 - no rug.

The clerk called someone and was told that the "owner would be picking it up and they would call me." No call - back on the 6th - no rug. Five return visits to the store - and still no rug. On the good news side, I wrote them a letter indicating the cost to replace the rug - and they sent me a check. (Cost was around $35.)

I wanted to wear my moms old wedding dress for my rehearsal dinner. It was hand made embroidered from Hungary. Her old dress had a huge 30 year old coffee stain down the front of it and I didn't have any hope that anyone would be able to remove it. Boulder Cleaners was incredible and removed this old stain. They do such an amazing job with all clothing I have brought in to have cleaned. I live in Denver and still come to Louisville to have them dry clean my important items. A+ service every time.

I would strongly recommend you do not go to this business. Their pricing policy is. let's say that my bill went from $66 to %102. I'll let you be the judge of it.

The reason I am giving this business 1 star is because of the prices they charge their customers. The quality of the dry cleaning was good, and what you would expect, but paying $107.00 for 11 items is skyrocketing and not even close in price to the average dry cleaner. Because of this I will never be coming back.

I had 3 white blouses laundered at Gunbarrel Cleaners. I put them in the closet without checking and when I took them out to wear, they were unwearable. The collars were smashed and wrinkled. The blouses looked awful. I took them back and talked to Paul the owner. He had them redone and they looked the same He said the hangars was the cause. So, he put them on other hangars. They still looked the same and rather than just complain I decided I will not go there ever again.

They also ruined 3 jackets a few years ago, but I decided to give them another chance. I ask for the jackets to be dry cleaned, they washed them. Today, I ironed the blouses again =myself. Anyone know of a good cleaners around Boulder Co.?
