Residential Window Cleaning
Our residential window cleaning service thoroughly cleans both interior and exterior glass surfaces using biodegradable solutions and specialized tools. We remove stubborn stains, stickers, and paint specks while carefully cleaning screens and sills. This comprehensive approach ensures crystal-clear windows that enhance natural light and home aesthetics. With technicians trained in safe, efficient methods, we protect your property while delivering consistently reliable service that Louisville homeowners have trusted since 1979.
Light Commercial Window Cleaning
Designed for commercial properties up to three stories, our light commercial window cleaning maintains professional appearances for businesses. Our team uses proven techniques to clean storefronts, office windows, and building exteriors, ensuring a polished first impression. We work around business hours to minimize disruption while maintaining consistent quality. This service helps Louisville businesses showcase their commitment to professionalism through spotless windows that reflect their high standards.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing service revitalizes exterior surfaces using calibrated equipment to safely clean driveways, sidewalks, and building facades. This process removes built-up grime, algae, and contaminants that regular cleaning can't address. By combining appropriate water pressure with eco-friendly cleaning solutions, we restore curb appeal while protecting surface integrity. This service is particularly popular with Louisville businesses looking to maintain professional appearances and homeowners preparing for special occasions.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning prevents water damage by removing debris that causes clogs and overflow. Our technicians thoroughly clear gutters and downspouts, inspecting for proper drainage and potential issues. This seasonal service protects Louisville homes from water intrusion while maintaining exterior aesthetics. We use specialized tools to safely access hard-to-reach areas, ensuring complete cleaning without property damage. Regular maintenance extends gutter lifespan and prevents costly repairs.
Heavy Duty House Cleaning
This comprehensive cleaning service targets hard-to-reach areas and neglected spaces requiring specialized attention. Our technicians use professional-grade equipment to clean light fixtures, chandeliers, fans, skylights, and glass tabletops. Ideal for seasonal maintenance or special preparations, this service restores complete home cleanliness beyond regular window cleaning. We focus on often-overlooked details that accumulate dust and grime over time, delivering a thorough cleaning that enhances overall living environments.

This is the second year that I have used Sunshine. Each time a very positive experience. Same crew took care of everything which was beyond windows. This year I realized that I could have my gutters cleaned as well as the ceiling fans in my house and on my porch. Patrick and his partner made the job easy for me. They kept my house clean and made me feel safe with wearing masks. This is the first time in over a year that I have allowed contractors in my home as my husband and I have been vulnerable to Covid. Having one's windows sparkle makes my whole house feel cleaner. Would not consider any other company in the times to come. Thank you Sunshine!
