I took a dress I needed shortened to minutemen cleaners. She pinned the dress with literally 1 pin. I saw the tops of my yellow shoes. It was the perfect length. When I picked up the dress the seamstress was not there. As soon as I got home I tried the dress in and it was dragging on the ground. I immediately called and was told to bring it back in. When I got there I was told that I "okayed" the pin (which I did bc I saw the tops of my shoes) however, it was not where I agreed to it was dragging on the ground.
She said she would fix it but it would cost me another $55. What?!? I did not agree to it dragging on the ground. She did not shorten it to where she pinned it. She must have gone a little bit lower and at 4 ft 11 it was literally on the ground. So Beware, they do not fix their mistakes. My mistake was not insisting on trying it on before I left and not reading the reviews prior.

We dropped off our new King Size Rose colored quilt with satin designs on it and picked up our daughters white quilt with flowers. It was about 15 minutes before they closed and they were busy but still very attentive and super friendly as always. We've been using this cleaners for years. No complaints from us, always a positive experience! Matter of fact, we just put our King Size Gray quilted comforter on last night that was still in the plastic bag since we picked it up from being cleaned from Minuteman last visit and I even pointed out to my hubby how fresh and pleasant it smelled! I'm really big on how things smell, I have a super sensitive nose when it comes to smells. Thanks Minutemen, I slept pretty good last night!

Having pickup and delivery service is truly a convenience. Now more waiting on line to drop off and sort through my clothes. He even will provide a free door hook to leave the bag that he provides on my front door. Same prices as if you went to any dry cleaner so its not costing any more. Plus they will next you the night before to remind you! And the clothes are well taken care of. Excellent old fashioned service by and experienced professional!

I used Minute Man Cleaners for about 5 years at my last job. I never had one problem. The clothes were always picked up on time and returned when promised. The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this service.
