We hired them to clean and had problems from the beginning. The quote that we received included dusting, windows, disinfecting surfaces, and some deep cleaning. The windows were always streaked and dirty looking. I took Windex and a paper towel & had them shining in less than 10 minutes. Our desks were never dusted, phones were never disinfected or wiped down, floors looked dirtier after they had been here.
To top it all off.the lady they assigned to us decided to subcontract her work to some relatives while she left the country! Never even said a word to anyone about it. We had to change our locks and fire this service. Very unprofessional to say the least!

I worked for this company and the sales rep are awful, they promise you an account before 60 day and no one gets a hold of you until 5 days before the the grace period, and its a ridicules the accounts that they offer, pays you nothing, 45 miles from your house and its just on the weekend, That way they dont have to return your money you've paid to get on board with them. Yeah they have good crew but its not the key people it is the people that tries to make a leaving and work hard for their money. If you are thinking to start your own company stay away from the Key People they are slave driving people! Watch out!
