I took my bed comforter to be cleaned and it was returned in excellent, pristine condition. It was also ready earlier than they estimated (which was great). Customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient.

I recently began using American dry cleaning. I have been very happy with their services. Last night, I was picking up some blazers I needed for work close to closing time. I had my toddler with me, and she had fallen asleep on my shoulder while I was checking out. The lady at the counter insisted on following me out to the car, since my hand were full. The random act of kindness was really above and beyond, and something I don't see a lot of these days. Thank you!

I wasn't satisfied with all of the services due to the fact that I asked to have creases ironed in my jeans & when I got home & saw my jeans which didn't have any crease in them, I had to get back in my car & drive all the way across Charlotte again to the cleaners & ask to have the creases ironed in my jeans. My complaint is that I had to use additional gas to drive all the way back to the cleaners to get a service done which I had paid for & gave pacific instructions. I use this cleaners from time to time because they have given me excellent service, I had no problems getting the creases in my jeans when I returned them & they did them immediately!
