Associate arrived on time. I had five areas to be cleaned.two area rugs, one hall runner, one entrance rug and 15 step staircase. Very professional cleaning with great results and in a relatively short amount of time. Questions answered fully. Recommend Zimmerman Carpet Cleaners. Excellent service! I checked reviews before trying and brought the rugs to them because we do not live in the area. One rug had no cat urine and one did. Most honest company I have ever done business with. We had 5 rugs in their shop for cleaning and they were returned today. The rugs look beautiful as they always do a great job. When my partner Barry was paying the bill the tech informed us that all owed was the charge for pick up and delivery. While our rugs were in their shop a water incursion incident occurred Insurance paid for cleaning all rugs. I am amazed at their exceptional customer service

We have two dogs, one is 12-years old with a urinary track issue that makes it impossible for her to control when and where she relieves herself. Unfortunately, she's developed a preference to go to the bathroom on a large expensive area rug in our living room. Over several months we spot cleaned the rug almost daily.even tried a an in-home carpet cleaning service. Doing this, we were able to pretty much get the stains out, but over time, the smell of urine never went away.
As a result, despite it's cost, we thought seriously of throwing the rug away, but in the end decided to look for professional help. The only solution that we found was to use the services of Zimmerman Carpet & Rug cleaners. The net is that we found that you get what you pay for! Zimmerman not only cleaned the rug to look like new, but through their custom process found a way to completely eliminate the built-up pet odor!

We had an emergency situation where family room carpets needed cleaned quickly and called Zimmerman. They fit us in and were out the very next day. Jalen did an awesome job explaining the special cleaning process needed, what he was going to do and the amount of time needed for drying. The carpets look and smell fresh and clean! We had a great experience with Zimmerman Carpet Cleaning. Mike and his crew came in with very short notice and did an amazing job getting tough stains out of our carpet as well as fixing some seams where fraying had occurred. They were very professional and courteous. We will be using them for our commercial carpet needs in the future. We have used Zimmerman's as our floor cleaning service since we bought our house in 2012. For our most recent tile floor cleaning, some of the worn glaze came off the surface of the tile as part of the cleaning process. Mike Zimmerman was in immediate contact with us and was working at our house for several days until we arrived at a solution that left our tile floor looking better than it did before.
He worked tirelessly until the issue was solved. He and everyone he works with are very friendly and customer-focused. You can't put a value on the responsiveness, trustworthiness, and honesty that Zimmerman's offers. I would not use any other company for our cleaning needs for as long as we own this house or live in Greensboro.
