We used their services recently to deep clean our carpet that we wanted clean because the previous home owner had dogs which resulted in smell. This is not your regular steam cleaning that soaks the carpet in loads of water. We liked the professional services and the carpet were dry in a few hours. Very good experience.

Just recently got my carpets cleaned and the service I received from WestCoast Chemdry was exceptionally excellent. Avi and his assistant were very professional and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. We will definitely be using them again for the future. Absolutely amazing service! They were extremely knowledgeable when I initially called, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was initially hesitant to have someone come in and remove the pet odour out of my carpet, fearing that it wouldn't work, and to be honest fearung judgement as well. These guys were on time, professional, their service was effective, and they were very reasonably priced. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

When Avi arrived to our home he was so good to explain what his service for cleaning consisted of before starting the work. He and his assistant were very professional! They came into the house and immediately put on their disposable blue booties.after the cleaning was done he took the time to let us know what he did, and showed us the dirty water from the cleaning. What a lovely experience dealing with this company, courteous and just a lovely fella to deal with. Highly recommend them For all your carpet cleaning needs!

I had recently done some spring cleaning and felt that my carpets and curtains didn't pop as well as they used to so I decided to test out getting them professionally cleaned. The gentleman who came to my house was prompt, friendly, respectful of my space and my furnishings, meticulous, and quick. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions on how to prevent further stains and applied a carpet protectant. This has made it much easier for me to manage spills.
