I've used Valley Carpet care several times and I have always had great results. They're on time extremely friendly, professional and courteous, and very reasonably priced. They have never tried to up sell any services! They come in cover up stairs and floors for their equipment, pre spray for more difficult areas. I highly recommend them! The owner James is very pleasant and cordial!

We just used VCC for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. Luis and Carlos did a great job! They were pleasant and professional, and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I liked that they do tile cleaning too so we could do everything on the same day. The floors are old and heavily damaged in places and i didn't expect much more than a good clean floor, but we were quite surprised and pleased at how much better they look now! I highly recommend this company, they were also very easy to deal with and responsive.

I needed a last minute cleaning to my sofa and they came out and did an excellent job. This time sons I had Anthony and he was very friendly, professional, efficient and did his job in excellence! To be honest, I don't know the other gentleman's name who came here twice before from a few months back for my sofa and carpet/area rug, but he was great and professional as well! I would highly recommend using them!

Just wanted to give a big thanks for getting our white tile shower totally clean! Luis did a wonderful job. For years, I scrubbed, using vinegar and soap, useless shower products, scouring pads, heavy duty brushes, etc, etc. I tried a cleaning woman. Her job was the same as mine.not much improvement at all. Then I saw the positive votes for Valley Carpet Cleaning!
From now on, my husband and I plan on calling James and Luis.what a relief to find out you can HIRE someone to acid wash/pressure wash those tough hard water spots off shower tiles. "Yay for you, " gentlemen!

I've used Valley Carpet Care several times over the last few years and they always do a great job. Yesterday did not disappoint. Luis did a thorough job on my light-colored wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the house and the staircase. When he was done, there wasn't a spot to be found even at the entrance of the dining room which gets heavily soiled. He also cleaned six white-cushioned dining room chairs that now look like new. All for a very reasonable price.

Anthony was my technician this week. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to answer questions I had. He was punctual and worked efficiently. Wow! The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Luis was able to get year old stains out of our cream colored carpets. We have our carpets cleaned annually and try a different service each time. We've always thought the carpets would never be super clean because they are old but Luis made them look practically new again. He dried them so well we had no ugly smell after. We will never use another service. Easy to schedule. Showed up on time. Very professional.
