At Universal, we have taken carpet cleaning to a new level with our VOR-TECH system. Our services always include pre-treating all spots and soiled pathways at NO additional charge. We use a rotary extraction tool that performs a gentle multi-pass cleaning to the carpet fiber. This process is better than the forward and back method because it leaves the nap more fully restored and removes more dirt and soil than others.
At Universal Carpet Systems we specialize in restoring tile and grout to a clean, sanitary condition ready for use in your home or business. Our cleaning uses a specialized tile-cleaning tool, utilizing a fully-contained truck-mounted machine with soft water. The water temperatures we clean with range between 190-210 degrees.
Our friendly team of cleaning professionals has the knowledge and skills to restore your stone flooring to its former glory. You know you'll receive trustworthy and reliable services whenever you deal with us. We are certified by the IICRC in tile and natural stone care, and are able to perform re-polishing, honing, minor lippage removal, fills, and re-sealing.
We are IICRC certified to clean upholstery and fine fabrics. Our technicians have the skills and training to clean everything from your everyday fabrics to your specialty materials such as silk, velvet, and jacquard. Each fabric has specific requirements regarding the proper tooling and cleaning agents to use.

I use this company everytime I need my carpets cleaned! I should get my carpets cleaned sooner than I do, but, when they are finished cleaning them my carpets, especially the traffic area, are so clean and look great! I never worry! Paul and Anthony were right on time. Paul explained everything we should have done. When I asked him how long had it been since I had the carpet saver put on he was able to open his app and tell me exactly when I had it done last. They were professional, polite and efficient. Thank you for the service. We've used Universal Carpet since we moved here 14 yrs ago and will continue to do so. Of course the senior discount is always welcome and they do it automatically. We never have to ask for it.

Dustin cleaned my house the other day, and was very polite. He took his time explaing to me what they will be doing, and I've used a few other carpet cleaners in the past witch have never told me step by step what they will be doing. He kept every detail in mind and made me feel comfortable with him and his company. I Highly recommend this company to everyone. He even saw me at the gas station and asked how the carpet dried and reassured the company's touch up policy. Very sweet young man!
