Ultra Steam

Having been told by two other companies I definitely had black mold, I asked UltraSteam for their estimate on the mold mitigation. Richard looked at the situation and quickly said he didn't think it was black mold. He decided to send samples up to a Denver lab to be sure. The lab test came back NEGATIVE for black mold. Richard had just saved me thousands of dollars on work that did not need to be done. I can't say enough about Richard's excellent professionalism, integrity, and knowledge, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Chris. Very polite and professional. Answered all my questions and did an amazing job! He managed to remove stains that I didn't think would come out! Allergies were a HUGE concern, but their green' cleaning products dried with no smell. Top notch!

These guys are the BEST. We had a leak in our basement. Richard and the guys came first thing Monday morning and didn't leave until days later when the job was done. The are REAL PROS. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Troy showed up at our rental house today to do a deep carpet cleaning. He used a gadget to determine sq foot of carpet he would be treating in 2 story home, explained the procedure & the price was more than reasonable for 4 bedrooms & living area. He took his time & spent 4.5 hrs giving the carpet a scrubbing while singing his country music favorites.

He was courteous, concerned & made sure curtains & bedskirts did not receive any of the chemicals they use. The house was deodorized & you couldn't tell we had lived there a yr with 3 dogs. He obviously loves his boss & job provides 200% effort to make sure I was happy. I will definitively recommend this company to anyone that needs the services they provide!

My water pipe under my kitchen sink became disconnected and my house was flooded. After realizing my mop was useless given the amount of water, I called Ultrasteam. They arrived quickly and dealt with the issue professionally, courteously, and kindly. Three days later, my house is dry and as good as new. Thank you Richard and crew! These folks know the carpet and rug cleaning business. I have used them for both with complete confidence that no one could do a better job. They show up on time and the results were outstanding. Before I bought my house, the home inspector found pretty extensive mold in the crawl space. Ultrasteam came out and did a thorough inspection as well as propose a mediation solution. results were excellent and I was very pleased! Ultrasteam came again to steam clean the rock on my fireplace which came out much brighter and cleaner. I highly recommend this company

Richard and his crew did an amazing job of minimizing the inconvenience during a week long attic and basement mold remediation project. We were actually able to live in our house during the process. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and was well equipped to handle the job. The results were amazing and the impact on the rest of the house was minimal.
