Steve and Tim were excellent. I had a flood in my basement and they explained everything completely, answered all my questions and came out everyday (60 miles round trip) to make sure the drying process was progressing. I am moving out of a rental and our carpet had heavy traffic area use. Called up true clean carpet just because I was wanting to freshen them up a little bit. Steve and the True Clean crew have always done a fantastic job for us. We are always in need of their expertise cleaning up apartments getting them ready to rent. Some of the other companies are both hard to work with and their schedule is weeks out. True Clean is super easy to work with! Steve always picks up the phone, and if he is working, he gets back to you promptly.
Both him and the crew are always professional and leave whatever you have them clean or restore looking amazing! We have used True Clean dozens upon dozens of time during the past couple years and have never ever had a single issue with them whatsoever. Called true clean on 7-9-2019 for water in my basement. They were very fast in getting here and Tim really took care of all my water removal needs. Very thorough on explaining how the best course of action was for drying my basement. Would completely recommend to anyone! I have also used them for carpet cleaning and always a great job!

Our house is currently on the market, so show ready and we're in the process of moving also to a different town. I called three other businesses in town no one could come til the next week. Called True Clean up and they came same day and got one room done, next day which is today. They just finished our 2nd and last room. Fast, efficient, professional work. Call these guys. We are moving and trying to get the dog smell out of the carpets. My husband called True Clean to see if they could give us an estimate. They showed up a couple hours later that day, gave us the estimate and we were fine with it. They cleaned one room that day and came back the next day, which was a Saturday, to clean the carpet in the other room. The carpets look brand new! Very friendly and affordable!

On June 9, 2014 my office air conditioner condenser broke and was draining water under our stair case and completely soaked the carpet. Because of the location, we didn't notice it for a while.
True Clean showed up and took care of the problem within an hour of calling them. They are professionals who get the job done right. My office also periodically use True Clean for carpet cleaning which I highly recommend.
