Thank you for the wonderful job you did when cleaning my grandmothers tile and grout. As you know her tile and grout had not been cleaned in over 25 years and to be honest with you I didn't think it was possible to return the floor to an acceptable appearance. My family had already decided that if the tile and grout didn't clean up we were going to go ahead and carpet over it.
