Triple J Carpet Cleaning

I have tried a few carpet cleaning services here in Las Vegas but I keep coming back to Triple J. They are quick, thorough, friendly and best of all affordable.

They were late and said it was traffic but I seen on my maps that there was no traffic. My carpets literally look the same. The only thing that changed was the smell but it doesn't even look washed.

This company pulled up to my house and used my water line without express permission. This is completely unacceptable and I can't imagine they care fully about their job if they're willing to pull up to a stranger's house and do whatever they want. I have Ring footage should anyone want this.

After calling multiple companies to get my huge sectional shampooed and getting ridiculous quotes, I called Triple J, I haven't heard of them prior to calling them so I took a chance using them and I'm so happy I did, their price was fair and the 2 men that came to help were very nice and professional, they called me 30 minutes before they were gonna be at my house.

My sectional had stains from the previous owner and from that I couldn't get out with my shampooer and these guys got most of them out, I knew they wouldn't all come out, but these guys were amazing. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning or any other services they provide.

We really needed our carpets cleaned, our regular guy had retired. So we went on line and chose triple j. Unaware of the quality of work, it was a hit or miss. Long story short, call them if you need your carpets cleaned. He came, explained, very detailed. Quoted us $10 less than advertised. I love how OCD they are at their job. I work out of my garage and walk on my carpet after I work. My brown carpet was black on high traffic areas. It's back to brown again. Thank you guys. I will use your services again. Especially local pop and son business.

They were able to come clean my carpet (2400sq ft) within a day notice. Our carpet was horrible, a lot of heavy traffic areas, pet stains/odors, slime on the carpet from kids, etc. They were able to clean it all and quickly! It looks like the carpet is brand new. Very professional! If you need your carpet cleaned, I would highly recommend them!

Triple J carpet cleaning did a great job cleaning all of the carpets and rugs in our house! They were easy to schedule with and came right on time to our scheduled appointment. The carpets were cleaned very professionally and they were easy to pay as well since they accepted our card. They even mopped our hardwood and tile floors after they walked on the them to be sure they didn't leave footprints. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again!

I was referred by a friend to this company after she had them disinfect a home just purchased and they did an amazing job. Truly. I had used chains in the past and everything was an up sell. Triple J was up front with pricing prior to scheduling based on square footage then did a walk through on arrival to confirm the estimate and my carpet and tile look so fantastic.

Specifically my tile because I feel like that's harder to clean, they worked tirelessly soaking the floors first then using the equipment to clean out the grout as well as just the surface of the tile it looks brand new and I have pets. They moved furniture around to get every inch of the tile. They even cleaned my area rug and it looks brand new. I will absolutely use this company again. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Triple J Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on my carpets which I thought were hopeless. I had many pet stains from new dogs learning to house train. The results, my carpets looked new again. No residual smell. They were professional. They called to confirm the appointment and called when they were heading over. Triple J is my go-to company for any flooring or upholstery cleaning. I can't remember how I lucked out to select them from the many options for a first cleaning visit, but I got it right the first time. I felt secure with the appointment process in my first call. To be real, I wasn't sure about having two very young men arrive to do the work. Young people are not typically known for their work ethic.

They proved me wrong on every level with their eye for detail, thorough service, and willingness to help me even move some things to prep more accessible floor cleaning area. Triple J has the right equipment and an honest, professional demeanor to perform exactly what they promise. Their prices are absolutely fair, and they work hard. I've called them back a handful of times to take care of my flooring and couches over the last 3 years. (I'm a single mom to 3 lively sons and need to be attentive to my budget.) Love, love, love. I've been using Triple J for years. These guys do an amazing job! They came out for a deep cleaning of the entire house last week. They cleaned carpet in 3 Bedrooms+Loft+Stairs and also tile in 6 areas of the house. Plus a sectional couch and a large area rug. Everything looks amazing! These guys were on time, friendly and didn't even blink an eye when they saw some of the carpet stains the kids had left behind. They handled it! Give these guys a call. 100% RECOMMEND!

We used a different floor cleaning company in the past for the retail store I manage here in North Las Vegas area. I came across Mike Labrie and his youngest son. I didn't even know that they do carpet and floor cleaning. We weren't satisfied with the previous cleaner so I decided to commission Triple J a couple of months ago. To say the least, we were satisfied the way our floor was cleaned.

And Mike's sons did a great job showing up on time and doing their job professionally. They didn't leave anything behind except our spanking clean floors. We'll use them again and I highly recommend them!

Found Triple J's on Yelp and we were not disappointed. The boys were here at 9am and were done by 10am. They did our kitchen tile and downstairs carpets and they look amazing. All of the high traffic gunk is gone. They use a roto-vac carpet cleaner which is awesome. If you're carpet cleaners don't use this machine well, your carpet isn't really clean.

Awesome family owned company. Prompt, polite and efficient. They did a great job cleaning; Grout was dark but was original light beige when they left, tiles were also bright and beautiful. No toxic chemical fumes either from the cleaning process. Very respectful to our home and to us. Thanks guys!

This morning was our 2nd time getting our carpets cleaned by Triple J. They were on early and got to work at 9am sharp. Once again, they did a fantastic job. Things to take into consideration are both their price and the fact that they don't leave a sloppy, wet mess behind them. The carpet is just slightly damp and they vacuumed up the water that pools by the floor boards. We will us them again in the future and would recommend them! Support local business!

First time having carpets by a pro. They arrived on time with a 30 min courtesy call. The technicians were very polite and super fast. I held back a star because hours later it's still disappointingly soggy & conveniently cost the highest price I had been quoted over the phone. I'll post before/after photos of the stairs that were the worst. you decide.

I waited until the last minute to have the carpet cleaned and they were able to accommodate my request! The carpet looked like new and the young man who did the cleaning was professional, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the business. I've been using Triple J to clean my carpets for about 4 years now. They've always done a great job. I never have to worry about any stains coming back. Mike always answers the phone and sets up the appointment. He's very friendly and his employees are always on time and friendly as well. Let him know the square footage, what you need done and he'll give you a quote over the phone.

He never overcharges, his prices are really reasonable and they include all chemical solutions. You never have to worry about any hidden fees. His company uses the rotovac to clean the carpet, I love it because you get a drier carpet which lessens drying time. If you need an honest carpet cleaning company with reasonable prices, that does a great job, then call Mike, you won't regret it.
