But the good news is there are companies who really care about your carpets and do a first-class job of professionally recognizing that the standard must be raised. Those of us who care, help police our own industry. One such organization is the "Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification", IICRC.
Copies of specific warranties on your carpet purchase may be available from your carpet retailer. Stain resist warranties can vary from 5 to 20 years. The more often you vacuum your carpeting, the better. A rule of thumb is no less than once weekly, at least the "traffic areas" (where everyone walks).
For each new customer that you send us we will reward you with 10% of whatever they spend as a referral fee, that can be used toward cash or cleaning. Simply refer your friends, family members, neighbors, or co-workers and we will reward you automatically. Remember that we want you to be happy, so you can be sure that we will take absolute best care of your valuable friends. Don't let your friends and family be victimized by uneducated, uninformed and sometimes downright unscrupulous carpet cleaners!

I was very pleased with the service from Tomy and his wife. I had been in touch with them while my home was in escrow, but I ended up needing to move up the time of the carpet cleaning, so that carpet would be dry by the time of the walk-through.
