I have owned my home for 25 years and have tried and more than a handful of professional carpet cleaners over the years. I stayed true to one or 2, but haven't been impressed for awhile. I heard about TNT Carpet Services through our neighborhood network. Troy confirmed our appointment and arrived ready and willing to work on my carpeted areas and our tile.

He committed the majority of his entire day paying attention to detail and explaining his work. Before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied. Troy's demeanor was professional yet personable. I absolutely will be asking for his services next time.

Troy did a great job on time and the carpet looks like new. So considerate called the next day to see if we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend Troy and his company. I will definitely will be calling him again.

We had had our apartment's old dingy brown wall to wall carpet cleaned a year ago by another firm and were never satisfied. Troy discussed the job with us & offered a fair price. Both we and Troy felt that this carpet would need replacing before the apartment is rented again, but we were tired of looking at the dirt. He arrived promptly at the agreed date and time.

I used to clean carpets professionally and had never seen the type of machine Troy uses, which is way beyond the usual steam wand/vacuum. When he was done it looked noticeably better. After a day or two we saw that the living room was still not as clean as places in the apartment that don't get much traffic. But he came back and re-cleaned the living room and spent extra time going over it. WOW! It really looks clean now and we are completely satisfied. Great job, great service.

Got his info from neighbors who have used his services. Clear communication from start to finish. Confirmation of appointment, when he was on his way. I hired him to clean the RV carpet and couch which was, well, nasty from bratty pets and bad parents lol. Showed up timely, no judgement on carpet, lol, he simply explained my options, his process and got straight to work. He did an awesome job, even cleaned the linoleum floors and rubber landing steps. Affordable, efficient, a great guy. Call Troy, you wont be let down.

We have used TNT Carpet Care multiple times to clean our carpets. Each time they do an amazing and thorough job! They are honest and very punctual. This last time we had some tough urine stains in our carpet from our dog, and they were able to get rid of the awful smell for good! TNT Carpet Clare.the name is fitting. Troy is dynamite! Our landlord uses Troy all the time, and I can see why. He's professional and damn, I can easily mistake the carpet for a baby polar bear's bottom--it's that soft and clean! It's obvious Troy knows his stuff and he's not afraid to get on his hands and knees (he even moved the furniture around to better clean!) If you're on the fence about TNT Carpet Care, don't be! You'll be walking around on carpets so clean and soft, you'd swear the Snuggle bear was massaging your toes!
