Why a 5 star review for a business I didn't hire? Unfortunately because I live in a tower on a high floor, it would have been too difficult (and too expensive) to get the equipment into my apartment. However, the man I spoke with was kind enough to give me very specific advice on how to treat the rug myself. He really didn't have to do that.

This company clearly goes above and beyond to help people, even if they're not making money from it. If I ever live on a lower floor, I will absolutely hire them for all of my rug cleaning needs. Their customer service is amazing!

Rande is professional and courteous. He is clearly knowledgable about all the various types of carpeting & upholstery. Our dirty, matted, worn down 10 year old carpet is now fluffy and clean, appearing as if it is new once again & even better yet, there is no chemically smell post the cleaning. Prompt, efficient, thorough. Incredible work! Rande deep cleaned our dirty carpet. Amazing results! The last time it was cleaned was over six years ago. Apparently the soapsuds from previous cleaner hadn't been thoroughly cleared. Thus, oils were binding to the soap residue. Rande educated us on optimal carpet care and his attention to detail is Extraordinary. Highly recommended. Try to book at least 2 weeks in advance. It's worth the wait!

Rande came to clean our Article couch that has seen better days and he finished the job quickly. He removed a red wine stain and gave us some tips on how to clean it in the future. If it's a man made material, use hydrogen peroxide, y'all! We happily paid the $240 fee - which was cheaper than some of the other competitors - and we have an almost brand new couch! Highly recommend this company for your upholstery steam cleaning needs.

Rande is a really standup guy! We had a bunch of stubborn milk stains from our toddler twins. Turns out they were so stubborn that they didn't come out so Rande gave us a refund. If we had more reasonable cleaning needs I would definitely call Rande again!

Randy is honest and kept his promise. I still can't get rid of the old pet urine stain on wool rugs. But other two rugs look like new again. Randy also gave me some tips how to clean pets urine when it is still new. Overall great experience.

Wanted to get some upholstered furniture and a couple area rugs cleaned after we moved. Called Rande and he was able to come out the following week. Showed up on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on the way; and man did he do a GREAT job! We had one rug that was grey and white when we bought it, but after a few years of being in the same house as a large dog, mostly looked all grey. Rande made it look good as new!

He was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced! He also made sure to make us aware of the "safety hazards" of cleaning our area rugs that were over tile floor- the slippage we might experience when walking on them while still wet and then walking on the tile. He even left us booties to help mitigate that issue! Can't recommend enough and will definitely use him in the future!

Rande was incredibly professional and efficient. Showed up on time and got straight to work. Areas of the carpet that once smelled like dog pee are now smell-free and good as new. The high-traffic areas are no longer grey and spotty. Reasonably priced and excellent work!

I called Rande on Friday 11AM and got an appointment at Friday Noon. Rande came on time and setup his industrial equipment and went to work on on steam cleaning my apartment. 45 minutes later my carpet was left fresh and clean. I very pleased with his service and highly recommend him. He is truly a rug expert. Will be sending referrals his way.

I could not be more pleased with The Rug Expert. Rande came in person and helped clean a filthy pee-stained carpet, leaving it like new. While he was here, I asked him to clean an oriental carpet that was similarly pee-stained and filthy. He left that carpet like new as well. Rande was honest, efficient, and offered a lower price than most of the competition. I will always be using the Rug Expert in the future!

Wow, what a great job on my 10 year old rugs, which have never been professionally clean. I was ready to rip them all up and replace them, but instead thought I would give the Rug Expert (AKA Rande) a try. He works very, very hard to do a good job, and I was totally amazed at how good they looked when he was done. For me, he did bth area rugs as well as wall to wall rooms. All looked great when he left. Looks like I'll be keeping my old carpets a while longer, saving me big bucks. Thanks Rande!

Rande was just as amazing as all the other reviews said he was. He did my daughters apartment carpets today and made the otherwise dirty dull carpet truly come back to a bright, fresh, clean life. A++++++ for his expertise and customer service. I am a super picky person and for me to say that I will be keeping his card and calling him for future carpet cleaning needs, says it all. He did an AWESOME job.

We literally trialed 5-6 different carpet cleaners before finally hitting the jack-pot with Rande, THE Rug Expert + Customer Service Extraordinaire! When we moved from our previous home into our current home, I called Rande last minute and he delivered. Since then, we've used him for maintenance and upkeep as I foolishly keep selecting light-colored carpets for our stairs and bedrooms.

In addition to our 2-yr old son and 2 active pups, we get TONS of foot traffic (e.g., OOT guests and local visitors) so it doesn't take long for our carpets to look dirty and mangy. No worries though because Rande makes our carpets look brand-new every time he visits. My days of searching for a carpet cleaner have come to an end. I will look no further!
