Their service was top notch, and we truly appreciate their willingness to work with us and communicate with us on what the property needed as far as clean up to make it safe for any persons to enter the house after what had happened. Kirk took the time to explain what was going on, and what they were doing, and even accommodated having me and two people wait outside to receive paperwork from the house.
The staff have been fantastic and were willing to explain what needed to be done, and made some recommendations as far as what they would do if they were in our shoes, which I appreciated. I can't imagine using a different service and receiving the same sort of service we received with Kirk and his team. I highly recommend using Texas Decon if you ever need any services like the ones they provide.

Our family could not be more satisfied with Texas Decon and their services. In our time of need Kirk and Deanna made sure that we were taken care of in every way possible. The work alone speaks for itself. The detail and explanation after the job was complete was far and beyond excellent. But the main reason we are so satisfied is because of the family atmosphere and care that we received from this family owned and operated business. Deanna consistently made our family feel taken care of during a tough time in our life. Kirk was as honest of a man as they come. I have no doubt they are the best in the business.
