At first they seemed to be flexible to scheduling with us with a weeks notice to come out and clean our house. However, after we multiple callbacks and excuses given to try and push the scheduled time back to a different day, we ultimately ended up cancelling with them. As for the services performed, there weren't any and it was a headache to deal with them.

Good luck using this firm. I lined them up for a move out at the end of July. They were scheduled and then called 4 days before the cleaning and said they had a family health issue and just couldn't do it. They would not return calls and left me hanging with a move out and no cleaning service in the eleventh hour. Not dependable!

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY! Sweepee Cleaning is a total SCAM. They charge you for a total move-in ready cleaning, but the only thing that is done is carpet washing and vacuuming. Here is how the scam works. The guy, Bruce is his name, comes to your house and is very friendly - everything is going to be cleaned, don't have to worry about anything.
The price is very competitive, they will even wash the windows (inside and outside). The day the cleaning is to be performed he calls you 10-15 minutes before they are supposed to show up at your house and claims that one of his crew is late so they will come later. He asks that you leave the house key under the rug. Once you do this, you are totally burnt.
Nothing is cleaned inside the house. He only washes the carpet and perfumes it so that you would think that everything is cleaned. When you show up later and start checking, you find that nothing is cleaned. Bruce blames it on his "girls" not having finished the job properly and he pretends to clean it himself. In the end, you overpay for a carpet washing (three times the normal rate) and do the move-in cleaning yourself. SWEEPEE CLEANING SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ANY COST. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF BY GOING WITH THE ESTABLISHED NAMES IN THE BUSINESS.
