Andy and Keith were brilliant ! This is the 2nd time since December, I've had them and not only do they do an impeccable job, because in December they did downstairs and now end of February they did upstairs. and Andy even patiently showed me how to work a rug cleaner that my husband had bought :that he never knew really how to use so he explained that for touch-ups how to use it.
They also didn't mind hauling a big industrial fan from the garage upstairs and setting it up.But the best part is that since I've known Andy for 10-12 years through PHX Sister Cities, I completely trust him! Us Swedes (the full one and me the half one gotta stick together) What a gem!!!

I broke the handle on my Starfiber mop and called Swede Clean about getting a replacement. His was the only site on the internet that featured a replacement handle. After Anders teased me about hitting my husband with the mop (that's not how it happened, BTW), he suggested that I could replace the handle with a new one for $9.95 plus shipping or I could take myself down to the local hardware/big box store and check to see if any of their handles would fit the mop head.
I was impressed with Ander's honesty and willingness to help me even if he didn't get a sale out of it. As it turns out, I do have a handle that will work, but I will certainly keep SwedeClean.com in mind if I need other cleaning products or replacement pads.
