David Monson founded Sunshine Window Cleaning in Atlanta in 1978 and began operating it out of his little Nissan pick-up truck. Today, Sunshine is still owned and operated by David, and has grown from a small Atlanta residential window cleaning company to a multi-million dollar business specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing services.
I called Sunshine Window Cleaning at 2:20 this afternoon and asked if it would be possible to have the technicians come today. Chris and Andre returned my call quickly and said they would be over within 30 minutes. They were. They cleaned each window pane by hand and took special care as the windows are originals that were installed when the house was built in 1931. Good Day, Sunshine! There are two types of window cleaning - the spray wash method and the hand clean method, which is the only method that Sunshine uses. The Spray Wash Method is where workers stand on the ground, use your garden hose and shoot a lot of water at your windows. It knocks off some dirt and the windows are left to drip dry.

I reached out to Sunshine Window Cleaning who were able to accommodate pressure washing my driveway on short notice. Kyle called me at the office to let me know he arrived at my house at the appointed time. I was truly amazed at how good the driveway looked when I got home this evening. Years of dirt, stains and mildew were all washed away. I highly recommend Sunshine Window Cleaning if you need your driveway/walkway pressure washed and will be reaching out to them to schedule a window cleaning next.

As a repeat customer, we are very glad to have gotten Sunshine Cleaning to power wash out driveway, front of the house and patio. Work quality was amazing and excellent. The areas cleaned look great. Hi highly recommend Sunshine Window Cleaning! I needed a last minute window cleaning and they fit me into their busy schedule. They let me know what time they would arrive and actually arrived at that time! They provided a quote before starting and didn't go over the agreed amount. We actually added power washing and gutter cleaning to the list and they gladly agreed to take care of it. Their work was excellent! My windows are sparkling clean and the patio and gutters have never looked better. I will definitely use them again!

Kyle and Joseph cleaned my windows today and did an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend them. We work from home and Kyle worked around our meeting schedule to clean the inside Windows in our work areas to eliminate disruption. Joseph noticed that my driveway and walkway needed cleaning and offered a competitive price. I added the service and it turned out great. They were on time, very professional and wore shoe covers inside. I will use this service again and my windows look awesome.

Everything about our experience with Sunshine was excellent! Professional and fair in quoting our full condo building in Downtown Atlanta/Castleberry Hill and flexible when we decided to start with 1 unit and then expand. As you can see, we have bars on our windows, which is challenging to say the least, but Aaron & Victor were amazing and we feel like we are in a different place!
There are spots that just won't come off with 100 year old windows, but they were professional and communicative the entire time. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you David & Sunshine Team!

I first used Sunshine Window Cleaning several years ago to clean my home's windows. They did a great job. I really liked the fact that they hand-wash windows, as pressure washing can damage windows. I continued using Sunshine Window Cleaning after buying a new house. In addition to cleaning my windows, today I used them to clean my gutters. The service I received today to far exceeded my expectations.
The technicians went the extra mile to identify where one of the underground pipes routing downspout water away from my foundation actually terminated below ground and was clogged, leading to rainwater running under my foundation. The house is three years old. My old gutter cleaning company never identified this issue although I'd specifically asked them to ensure downspouts and underground lines were unclogged. Sunshine Window Cleaning is now my "go to" for all house maintenance services.
