My experience was great from the start. The appointment was scheduled promptly, and Mark communicated thoroughly. He showed up on time, and was pleasant during his time in my home. I was blown away when the first thing he did was move my clunky sofa and clean all of my daughter's toys and fallen snack bits from underneath. The carpets were cleaned very quickly, almost odorlessly, and nearly dry by the time he was done.

SunClean Carpet Care is a family run business based out of Alameda. CA. Our business was inspired by events that happened when my wife Chris was pregnant with our daughter Maggie in 2004. While getting the house ready for Maggie's imminent arrival, I rented a carpet machine to clean the carpets. After I finished, I placed the bottle of unused carpet solution in my trunk.

How long does it take for the carpet or rug to dry when you clean in our home? We use a low-moisture process, so carpets and rugs are dry in about an hour. Our products are very effective, and we prefer using the least moisture needed for the job at hand. This insures quick dry times and removes concerns of possible mold, allergen issues or recurring spots.

Mark did an atonishing job! He was very fast answering our inquiry. He was on time, very professional. I knew that my carpet was in great hands. After a short visit of our appartment, I left him alone and checked back later. He had manage to lock the door even though I told him it was ok to leave it unlocked (our apartement was empty) and everything was very clean.
We are extremely satisfied with Mark's work. We had chosen him based on his excellent reviews and the fact he uses eco-friendly products to work. He really did deliver. Fast, efficient, professionnal and perfect result! Thanks a lot Mark!

Mark was so gracious to make time to clean the carpet for a rental condo as I was leaving in three days time! His cleaning made the carpet look brand new and thanks to the organic and non-toxic material he uses there is no industrial smell.just sun clean! Mark was on time and ready to go. The job had two parts, one of them tentative. We discussed the tentative one and decided replacement was the better option to cleaning. He knew that might happen, in advance, but did not try to sell me into doing it regardless. Seldom do honesty and ambition go hand-in-hand as well as they do with this gentleman. Oh, and Job 1 was completed quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly, with minimum disruption. I would recommend him highly.

Mark's service was fantastic. He arrived on time and ready to take on the task! And what a task: Despite my efforts, my pets have had numerous accidents. Mark did a tremendous job in eliminating the traces of these accidents. I was grateful for his willingness to explain the cleaning process that he deemed appropriate. I will be calling upon him shortly to clean up the recurring pet mess. I have total confidence that he is up to this project!

Have been using SunClean Carpet Care for over 10 years. At first, I liked the fact that Mark uses environmentally friendly, non-toxic products to clean which was especially important when my son was a toddler. I have continued using him because he provides excellent service, is 100% reliable, friendly and our carpets look and smell great afterwards.
