Bought carpet cleaning equipment in the past many times and it was always great customer service. Called today and asked for a quote on a new portable unit. Person was very rude and said just check the website, I then stated I didn't see the price for just the machine, only the package deal. So again, asked for that price. He stated he looked it up and could only tell me there were like 50 results. Not any with what I wanted. I asked if you work there don't you know the price for the machine only or can someone else help. He said nope and we hung up.

Came in to get products to clean a rental property we are selling, and was amazed at how well everything worked to make the home sparkle!

They are very knowledgeable, go above and beyond sales, and care about your success. People who take pride in what they do, sharing precious information regarding their products. I would recommend it to anyone needing cleaning solutions to equipment.

Very poor customer service. I called to get a status update on my order and this guy had the nerve to tell me I should just keep extra on the truck. Even though it was a small part that cost less than $10 i will not spend $1 with a company that does not promote good customer service. I suggest if you're buying from here just look somewhere else. It was not about giving me priority over of the customers.

All I wanted was what I paid for. No matter the cost of the item your customer service should be better. You have so many negative reviews and yet you still think the customer is wrong. Maybe you should reconsider working in customer service.

I recently purchased a rotating brush from steambrite. After receiving the package, I noticed that the brush head only screws on and nothing locks the brush in place, so if I were to spin the brush counter clockwise the brush would fall off. I reached out to them trying to issues a refund and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee! The description of this product online is horrible! I've been a customer for years but after today I will not be returning. "Thank you" steambrite for you "great" customer service.
