Marc was very professional and extremely helpful! Service is amazing and my carpets have never smelled better. Marc also answers the phone when you call and handles what you need quickly! Would recommend to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Mark was professional and got right to work. Was willing to explain what he did and why. Was careful about the items in my house, took measures to assure they were not damaged and covered what he could to mitigate the inevitable dust. He cleaned up afterwards and he left the house in better shape than he found it. I would recommend Steamatic to all of my friends and family.

Steamatic of North Indy was awesome! Mark Crippin was our service technician and was extremely helpful during the duct/vent cleaning. We just moved into a new house and this was my first experience with duct cleaning. I was happy with the results and Mark was willing to show what came out. Let's just say I am glad we had it done. They also cleaned our carpet which came out great. Would definitely use them again!

Such amazing service! We called and they came the next day. I am beyond thrilled with how their work turned out! They did the carpets and area rug.

I am not sure how this kind of professionalism can earn the business a 5 star review! When i called for the service, he gave me the price based on the rooms, halls and stairways I had at my place. Based on that price, i agreed to use their service for carpet cleaning. Once the job was completed, they gave me a bill which was way above the quote they provided earlier stating I had an extra hallway which caused that increase.

Mark and his team started the job and failed to inform me that it will be extra and the quote would change once the job was completed. Mark was furious at me stating I was wrong and he was right at not informing me about this additional costs that would be added to the quote he provided earlier. I expected much more professionalism from the owner and how they talk to their customers.

They also did not bother to put things back in place after the cleanup was done. I will never use their services in future and if possible others please learn from my experience and make sure he provides you an accurate quote before he starts doing his job. Update- Thanks Mr Mark for responding. Everyone will read your response now and understand where you went wrong during my appointment.

You were definitely not clear while scheduling the appointment and your response proves the same. Also forgot to mention they roam around the house with their shoes on without even having the courtesy to wear shoe cover.

Steamatic did a great job on our new house. The price is probably the best in Indy, and they're good at what they do. They threw in a free area, and even went back and hit a room a second time to try and get a stain out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Great experience from start to finish. Mark and his employee were very friendly and thorough. They didnt take any short cuts. Our carpets were severely soiled by our two pups and when Mark was finished they looked brand new. I will hire him once a year from now on. Great job! Great Price! Mark was super nice to work with! Was able to accommodate the date and time I was wanting. He was very prompt on getting there and was done in about an hour! My carpets look amazing and I am very happy with my results! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mark was awesome! He responded promptly to my emails, followed up with me the day before, came to our house right on time, got to work, and our carpets look great! Very professional and respectful and his price was super reasonable - he even gave me two free rooms due to having our whole house cleaned. BOOK HIM!

Did a great job with duct and carpet cleaning. Seemed honest, punctual, fair, professional. The only problem was some dirt got on a rug, which they gladly returned the next day to clean at no additional cost. I'm sure we'll work with them again.
